Hi! My name is Matteo and I was born in Milan, where I spent 13 years before moving to Salento. After finishing high school, I decided to move to London in order to learn a language that was different from my own and, by now, fundamental, but also to challenge myself by getting out of my comfort zone. London was growth and inspiration. It was a difficult experience at times, but one that allowed me to grow and broaden my horizons. I worked my way up through the ranks for about 5 years, enriched by further work experience in Milan. With time, the need to unleash everything I learned and the desire to share it freely and creatively grew in me. From the passion churning in me, AlVentuno blossomed: nestled in the baroque city centre of Lecce, where innovation and tradition meet in an unbreakable embrace.
